No. Tell us about the role and what you need on the discovery call. You don’t need a written job description to get started.
What exactly will I receive within 72 hours?
Within 72 hours of your discovery call, we’ll present candidates we’ve interviewed and screened for your role, along with the information you need to decide who to interview.
How many candidates will you present for a role?
We typically present three to five candidates. If none are the right fit, we’ll continue searching and send another shortlist of three to five.
What information will I see about each candidate before interviewing them?
You’ll receive their CV, availability, and screening notes. We also include relevant work samples where they apply to the role.
Can I give candidates my own interview questions or assessment?
Yes. We assess candidates based on the role, and you can use your own interview questions or ask them to complete an additional assessment before making your decision.
What if none of the first candidates are right for the role?
Tell us what wasn’t a fit. We’ll use your feedback to continue the search and present another three to five candidates.
Who schedules interviews and discusses salary with candidates?
We schedule interviews with the candidates you choose. You decide the salary and discuss it with the candidate. We can recommend a range based on the role and what we’re seeing in the market.
How soon can someone start once we’ve chosen them?
It depends on the candidate’s availability. Some can start immediately; others may need to serve a notice period. Tell us when you need someone to start on the discovery call, and we’ll factor that into the search.
How do payments work?
You pay us through Stripe, and we handle payments to your talent. You don’t need to manage overseas transfers yourself.
What happens if the hire leaves or doesn’t work out?
If your hire leaves or isn’t the right fit within the first 30 days, we’ll find a replacement for the role.
